Sexton Contractors LLC does not stand behind their work. They custom built our home 4 years ago, and our roof is already falling off - because they installed it wrong (high-nailing). I have confirmed this fact with 2 different roofers as well as in person with a Tamko representative (the manufacturer of the roof shingles) in their Frederick office location. Because the installation was done incorrectly, it automatically voids the warranty through Tamko, and Sexton Contractors LLC sell home buyers a "2-10 Home Warranty" plan that only covers roof workmanship for up to one year. Norman Sexton allows poor workmanship to go into his home builds and will not admit the fact they do installations incorrectly. It makes me wonder what else was done wrong with the house build. I would never recommend this builder to anyone.
